Howdy folks,

Don't usually ask these kind of things, but eh..what the hell. An no it's not a.."is it worth it to.."..lol. I know how much you all love those types of questions!

Anyhow, on to the issue. I've been building my network up down here on my sandbar, and my laptop guy called me a little bit ago, with a lead to a buddy of his who runs an home audio/tv company. Said dude has a bunch of non-working receivers, and a bunch of other stuff.

My question is..what would you pay for the receivers? We're talking 20-30 of them. I've only dealt with 2 or 3 in the past. There is a possibility they'd be free, but from what my guy said, dude would like something for them. I know on a past one I did I pulled a couple gold plated items, and a few other goodies out. Not to mention the decent weight for the shred as those suckers can be heavy. I don't want to low ball the guy, as this could turn into a regular contact for everything from receivers to other home audio equipment.

So my friends..I would like to hear your suggestions on what would be a decent price, I'm going to talk to the guy later today or tomorrow, and find out more info on the brands, etc. I would just like to have an idea on what would be a decent offer for something like this. I know what to pay for computers, tvs(if I did), and other electronics, but no clue on this stuff.
