Backlight Inverter Board from an LCD TV. What Grade?

This is a backlight inverter board from an LCD TV.

My question is what grade of board is it and value? I asked a buyer from this forum and received vague answers, so I figured I would throw it out to the forum. I don't want to ship something if the shipping will be more than the product itself resulting in a net loss.

Also, would it increase or decrease the boards value if I pulled off the transformers?

It doesn't really look like it's worth shipping. No gold plating, no ic chips (or very few). Transformers typically devalue higher grade boards, but I'm not sure in this case. The value of the board may just be in the transformers mostly, which isn't a lot per pound.

Thanks. Not worth shipping then. I was hoping that those tiny capacitors (whatever they are) were of some value, but maybe not enough to up the value of the board.
