The server also had a different kind of setup with the CPU I've never seen before.

The CPU had this plastic tray that it sat in and the contacts in the plastic tray are raised bumps on both sides for good contact between the (not ball) grid arrays. The bumps on the plastic tray could be silver?








Anyone ever seen this style before?
