    E-scrap buyer in or near Philly

    I need a good honest e, waste buyer in or near Philly I'm pretty small time so its not seeming very profitable to ship

    I second that motion. Denis is a top notch guy right there in Philly. There may be other good ones there also, but that's the guy I've done business with.
