    untangle xd servers

So, as I was going through some of my stash and preparing to list it on ebay, I came across a weird looking desktop. Never seen one with the inside like this before.

Anyway, I grab the model number, and plug it into ebay, and starting searching prices. Come to find our it was an untangle xd server. Didnt know at first, because it didnt have the other shell casing.

When I looked around, I found 3 more servers (more complete). So far, I have only confirmed 1 as being fully functioning. On ebay, there is 2 for sale currently at $299 and looks to be by the same seller.

    I was thinking of $250.

Then, if I can confirm the one without a case to be working, I am wondering what to offer that one as?

If they all work, I am looking at $1,200 in just those 4 alone. Then the other 7 I got, just a few of the parts alone equal $250 to $300 per server. Needless to say it will be a great month if I get it all sold.

Waiting to hear back from my local buyer now to see if he wants any of it.

Only thing that is bugging me with the new servers I found, is they all turn on, but only 1 showed complete video and went into the OS with no issues. The others you can clearly hear them on, but no video.

I know what everyone said in the other thread regarding "sound, but no video"

Just trying to figure out if I should just scrap the rest, or what.

Need to find someone I trust, first. Dont want someone telling me "their crap" and talk me into giving them to them for cheap, and then they make a killing on them.

If they tell you they are junk, then tell them ok, I'll scrap them then. If they say but I'll give you X for them say I thought they were junk, you don't want these.

That would be pretty close to exactly what I would say too.

I know I have a few people in the family that are some what IT tech savvy. I am going to see if any of them want to help out, and I cut them a %, even if I happen to just scrap them.
