lower-grade e-scrap buyers in the DC Metro area?

I've asked a couple of my local contacts this question, got no new info so asking here hoping that maybe something will pop up...

I am looking for a Wash DC Metro area buyer of lower grade e-scrap such as power supplies, floppy/CD drives and so on. I ship my higher grade stuff out of state but lower grade makes no sense to ship so I am looking for someone local. There used to be ARCOA in Columbia but they stopped accepting material there and I have no idea if they ever going to resume again.

The only other place I know is Potomac metals in Manassas. Any other places you know of?

By the way, yes, I can take apart floppy/CD drives and take their boards out as higher grade, but no such luck with power supplies and some of my other scrap. So I am really looking for a local buyer. Thx
