Probably for something proprietary like medical equipment or something. Either way tis chinese at 1.800 lb.

Its a PC mobo with an integrated giga pro processor. Integrated as in no removing it and no upgrading it.

A normal PC motherboard except it has a VIA C3 class CPU (runs kind of like a Pentium 3). The only good thing about it is it uses very little power and runs cool with no heatsink/fan. People used them for cheap servers or TV computers (cheap DVR) years ago.

if you could test it working and put some ram on it it would go for around $20 for a htpc/low energy build, i have been selling intel atom mb's with ram at $40 and they sell out as fast as i get them listed
