If I had a dollar for everyone of those deals that are supposed to come down the pike. It is such a fine line between being patient and reminding them, and everyone has a different line to cross.
I lost a HUGE one because I waited too long to call back and ask again. The phone number I had for him no longer went to him. Of course if I had called sooner and pushed it, that may have messed up the deal as well.
Fine line for sure. IT was a barn and a garage (at least 2 buildings maybe more) of old 386 and 486 machines.
long story short. the lady has 2 weeks to clean out. this was her first week and she has the house clean. second week was yard and sheds. theres 5 of them and no one knows whats in them. but the wife says she believes 1 or 2 of them to be full of comps. so im gonna call back monday and ask, also sold some ataris and n64s for about 150 bucks so imma take that money back to her
