    Scrapping a Dukane phone console?

I have a Dukane phone console- model #7A11000B. Does it have more value selling it or scrapping it out? If scrapping, what would the boards be rated as? Also should I remove the large heatsinks? I have pictures below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To old to be worth more than scrap. Telecom grade but its low grade telecom. Yes take off heatsinks, transformers, plastic numbers, & wires.

    None of that is telcom.

    Starting from top to bottom.

Mid grade. Lookin at about 1.00 - 1.50 per pound

Mid grade low. .50 a pound unless cleaned up. Remove any transformers, wires and heatsinks and it will go the same price as the first.

    Last will go as motherboard.

My buyer purchases telephone boards as telecommunication boards. Probably not on that middle one though.

VoIP or voice over IP phones are the ones that have good resale value. As far as the boards you have check with the buyer you are going to sell to.

I'd run make n model through ebay just fer grins n giggles. I've been selling some NorStar phones from the 90's pretty successfully.

Always check ebay on old phone equipment. Lots of smaller companies still use legacy equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacturer. When parts go bad, there are not many options for replacement other than ebay.

A random 4 port voice card I found in a box with some other stuff:

    Dialogic Intel 4 Port Voice Fax Media PCI Board D 4PCIUFW 04 2933 001 | eBay

If something has rj11 (phone jacks) on it and its NOT a modem card, look it up!

I noticed there were 3 similar Dukanes on ebay from $199.99 to $499.00 but I know that doesn't necessarily mean that they will sell the listed item. But it only takes one buyer and some patience? You just never know!

Sometimes item sit on ebay for a while before they sell. If you have to wait a year to sell a 3-400.00 item I think it is worth the wait, as long as you have the space. I have had items in my store that were there for a long time, and I though about taking them down. I didn't, and they eventually sold.
