    new board to me

    i pulled this out of a old game console cartridge. my friend tested it for me and it does have thick fingers



    just want to know what grade of board it would be

    Memory or finger board, depends on your buyer. If that chip on it is socketed pop it out, you wont get paid extra if you leave it on.

    clean finger card, i had a bunch of those come in a shipment i just trimmed off the fingers as they were worth more that way

    No, you won't get payed more if the chips are left on but some buyers will pay less if you take them off. It all depends on your buyer. I only take chips off low grade boards. My .02
