I am no expert when it comes to plastic at all. I want to know if all the plastic from computers contain fire retardant (FR) because I have seen alot of pieces that just say "ABS", some say "PC+ABS", and some that actually have FR to indicate that it contains fire retardant. Could you separate the ABS with FR from the ABS that does not contain FR and get better prices OR does all PC plastic contain FR and its just not listing it on the piece of plastic. Also I have seen that you can get better prices for separating by color but does anyone know from experience what kind of difference you are seeing in price.
Also I have been trying to find a buyer for pc plastic near jacksonville FL for a long time now if you know of someone within 3 hours please share.
