That whole area is known world wide as "tree huger home land" check the regs and you will probably find out why there are no buyers there. "the rule of unintended consequences."

So the regulations there might be a little tougher than say on the east coast.....So what do they do with their e-waste??.....Bury it?

If you have a significant amount there is a Refiner in Mt Vernon that may pay a higher price.
I recommend you hold onto your ewaste and check out all the possible buyers you have available. Remember we have many buyers here on the forum. I am willing to bet the majority of our members sell their ewaste to one or more of them, myself included.
Each of our buyer members get reviews from folks who sell to them and you can read them. Many can and will arrange for shipping and we have a member who specializes in arranging shipping here's a link: http://www.scrapmetalforum.com/scrap...-services.html
I am not telling you to sell to them or use their services just take the time to consider it. You have worked hard to get the ewaste and educate yourself in it. The other half is getting the most for you effort. 73, Mike

Hallmark Refining in Mt Vernon buys boards and ewaste. A friend of mine used to sell to them regularly, but that was a few years ago.
