Nice score.....Some of those printers sell if tested.......The computers themselves are getting a little old but the monitors if working can be re-used..........I found a guy here locally who was building cheap video game cabinets......Those 19" square monitors fit the template sold on Ebay

If you're talking about the 55 gallon trash can, there were about 15 keyboards, 5 battery backups, 10 business phones, some remote controls and a few cell phones.

Will you be de-populating these boards in any way? Thanks for the pics. 73, Mike

    Yes Mike I will.
There are 2 eproms that will be removed and the small yellow and white transformers also. They are very easy to pop off.
The brown power board will be sold as is. I get more per pound for power boards than I do for any aluminum or transformers that might be on them.

    Electra Professional Level 1

These were nice systems for small businesses. I installed many of these back in the mid 90's.They have some nice mid grade boards and are easy to take apart.

Finally got caught up on the scrap that's been piling up. I got 4 nice size boxes of circuit boards ready to go and I also found some items that can be sold for more than scrap value.
I have 2 processors that are worth 30 dollars and some 2, 4 and 8 gig ram also.

    Vodavi Model:3501-01

I've heard of these phone systems but this is the first one I've ever seen and scrapped. I will need to remove about 12 transformers, a large cap and a battery to get better pricing.

Great photos as usual. I liked that you included what you will be doing to upgrade the boards prior to selling. I remove excess sometimes to make it easier to pack more boards in a container. 73, Mike

    My photobucket pictures are back!!

I was looking at my 4 year old ewaste thread and saw that all of my pictures are back. I guess enough people complained about the 400 dollar yearly fee for 3rd party hosting that they decided to do something about it.

They are still going to charge a fee but the subscription rates start at $48 dollars and go up to $123 dollars a year for 3rd party hosting.

I know there are other sites that provide that feature for free but at what point are they going to charge like photobucket. I see it coming.

I've slowly been reposting my pics using the feature provided by the SMF but it's taking a while and I have about 400 pics to go.

Patriot76's photos are back. I just searched his member name and found all of the threads he started. The tumbleweed thread, Christmas gifts from scrap and 2 A scrappers dream threads. All pics have been restored as far as I can tell.

Keep in mind that this is a limited time deal from photobucket. They want you to subscribe and pay for 3rd party hosting and I can't help but think that sites like imgur are going to follow.

I guess it boils down to how important your threads and pics are to you and to the forum. I have 1 ongoing ewaste thread with about 400 pics in it showing how I scrap phone systems, computers and other types of ewaste. Is it worth 50 dollars a year to use photobucket? At this point, I'm not sure. I know I waste that amount in a year on stupid crap I buy.

My neighbor who used to scrap has been cleaning out his garage again and had a few boxes for me. I just got through sorting them and wanted to post some pics.

Pic 1 is 5.25 lbs of gold ram

Pic 2 is 4.25 lbs of hard drive boards

Pic 3 is 4.90 lbs of laptop boards

Pic 4 is 3 small socket mother boards

Pic 5 is 1 large socket mother board

Pic 6 is 4.75 lbs of gold finger boards

Pic 7 is a hand full of processors

Pic 8 I've never found one of these but it looks like a slot processor with a large socket minus the ceramic processor.

Pic. 8 is what they call a Slocket. I have a post up on my business Facebook page with 2 of them. I know they made one for a Pentium Pro.

We're probably about even now. We do a lot of trading. A few months ago I gave him a server and a battery backup.

Your #8 photo, I've found a couple of those but not more than three over the years. I think one intact with a ceramic cpu but all are long gone by now. 73, Mike
