    glass screens from radios, calculators, microwaves etc.

    The ones in talking about are glass and they are soldered to the circuit board. There looks like there's a circuit board inside of the glass with the numbers and stuff that light up. Is there any value to these? Sorry for the ****ty explanation, I'm not sure what they're called. I can post a pic later if that would help.

    Most likely Liquid Crystal Displays (LCD) or Light Emitting Diodes (LED).
