    My bad, I was thinking of a power adapter, not a battery. Yeah, if the battery is discharged and you have no way to recharge it, then I can't think of a way to test whether it's able to hold a charge. Can you just find someone with a laptop that uses that battery?

    Well they are batteries I got in a computer lot so I have like 13 different ones
