Another what does it hurt to ask story

So I'm a college student working a summer job (detailing for a bus dealership) but at 3pm they pull me off detailing and have me do trash for the offices (where it is located)

After doing trash a couple this I asked the it guys what do they do with all their computer scrap.... And they said we take it down (insert company name) and with me not being local I had no idea about the company..... So I let it be....

Until today, saw a battery back up and power supply in my daily trash and asked them about it.... Their comment was it takes to much time to run to the company (sounds like not getting much $$$ from it) so to just take it to the trash....

Thus, I asked the question directly- how would u like to have someone who picks it up for FREE and will dispose of all of it properly.... Without you spending any of your time running it around...

He was like sounds awesome.... So now I got myself a bit of ewaste and all I did was watched what they were doing and then offer an simpler solution (that involved me) in a different approach

All of us have our "skill sets" acquiring them over time by many methods. Almost all of us are blessed to be born with healthy and fully functioning human anatomies. Using our eyes and brain with these skill sets, we start to achieve desirable results. I just wish I could put it all together more often. When I do get skills and body working at full potential, life gets so much easier. Not trying to be a smart A$$, your post demonstrates perfectly, what most of us need to do more often. Observing, thinking and action have to be used along with our skills to accomplish good work!
