Check armygreywolf. Believe he pays $1 for USB mice and USB keyboards.

We purchase laptop computers and many components for greater than scrap value. We offer a shipping reimbursement program.replies

Before asking a buyer, see if they use the PS/2 plug (Round end), or the rectangular USB end. There may be price differences, so you'll have to ask your buyer. Most were USB, but HP and Compaq made some PS/2 optical mice.

I'd say if the mouse has a wire to scrap it. I mean, I guess it doesn't hurt to try to sell it either, but most mice are wireless optical now a days.

Sounds like someone doesn't understand or care about more than scrap value. Why scrap something for pennies when one of our buyers will give you dollars?
