I live in an area that was hit hard by floods over the last couple of weeks. Beginning today the area government is doing free removal of trash in some areas. They are having the people separate the piles into type of trash including a specific pile for escrap.

Question is this. Would you consider this open for pick up like I drove a searched curbs on trash day? Obviously this is really scrap, and no chance of better than scrap.
