    Scrapping server this morning

    Alot of meat there

    Those Xeon Slot are heavy almost 1 pound per server

    I got a server today, its got two of those exactly the same slotcard CPU's in it. I have never seen them before.

    Are those power supply's worth anything? I get the impression that if you have gotten a server as scrap, its not worth anything as its out of date.
    I was shown a server at a radio station once, they said "That cost us $XX,XXX (over $10,000) When they have finished with it, they take it to the dump..." Is, its not worth anything at all.

    All the upgrades and updates stop and suddenly its a liability.

    indeed nice fat yummy servers are juicy and when there stacked with ram its heavy yummy ram. in this business we like um juicy lol
