This was the only regulation I had found that might pertain unless I am missing something, which seems like the case considering the multiple sources of everything but an answer (besides the gold forum which I thought of briefly before I had even posted). So for future reference if you don't mind highlighting the rule breaking here I would greatly appreciate it.

This was actually why I used the acronyms. Seemed like a really short rule list I had read for such a large forum.
