Electric forklift, battery dying

I've got a battery powered Yale walkie stacker that has been getting weaker and weaker. It will run for about 10 minutes now before dying. I bought it used 2 years ago. It would originally hold a charge for a month or more with a few hours use during that time.

I'm wondering if its scrap time or if there's anything I should try to revive it. Any thoughts on buying a new battery? I remember looking a few years ago and just figured I was better off buying another used lift and running it until it died.

I had a couple electric forklifts I used 2009-2014. They actually scrapped for more than I paid. I think I got lead price on two 2500 lb batteries.

Check the water in the battery if it is an open cell battery. Don't charge these more than 4 hours at a time. Excessive charging just boils off the water.

I can't vouch for them but there are a variety of battery restore products out there. They "might" work as long as the plates aren't shorting themselves out.
