    In the last photo, I see one that might be Tantalum. It's located in the center. There's a brown disc and a black or dark green pillow shaped piece. Between them there's 3-4 pcs. At their right is a another brighter green pillow shaped piece. The leg of the bright green piece which is closest to the top of the photo is practically touching the capacitor in question. It's blue. Possibly due to the way it's lying it seems to have a tantalum epoxy shape. Sometimes referred to as "paint drop", "gum drop", etc.(can't we just call them the industry standard, epoxy?) If it's shape is different from the rest in the photo, please take a photo of just that one by it's self and post it here.
