It ends up being in the eye of the beholder. But if you were to carefully de-solder chips with virtually no mess-up- you are looking at $25 per chip (collectors are VERY picky about the quality of the pull) the rest of the board can be scrapped.
I have a two HP boards One has 6 chips, the other has 5 gold topped and two ceramics with smaller gold tops.
I paid About $150 each for them and they are framed.
So two chips are "nice" but I think $100 for this board is a bit steep. $45- $50 would probably sell it.
With that said.. Someone MAY snap on it for $99 bucks. I've seen some under-educated folks buying boards with gold fever. So hey.. ya never know!

This board- even though it has gold trace- that is really all it has. The "Gold Hunters" are looking for Gold topped Ceramic chips. Their mindset is that "Ceramic=Kids paid for college education" I'm seeing even less on these than the HP Gold Ceramic Boards- because that is really where the majority of the gold is to the hunters. Right or wrong.

where do you even find boards like that? I've taken apart a fair amount of computers since joining the forum and never did I see any with more than One CPU and 4 Ram slots.
Are the 8 ceramic chips on that one worth much even though not gold capped? What's the chance that they are a bottom gold cap only? Should he pull one to check?
Old servers are a good bet, especially those from telecom systems.
