Yes for both ones that work and ones that don't but still habe good screens. Check with your local ewaste buyer
Since no one around me will take them I stay away from them as much as possible.
Test them and then sell them via ebay or ship them to one of our buyers on the forum. 73, Mike

Now go beat the copper out of something, Miked
I generally take a pass on the computer monitors. The exception is the larger, newer, ones that are working well. Those ones get re-used. If you wanted to get into selling them, then the best thing would be to accumulate a gaylord full and ship them out of Bangor to one of the buyers here.
Laptop monitors are a little different. They aren't a big money thing, but they're good for rounding up a load of e-waste when you ship it out. You clear a little bit of profit after deducting shipping expenses.
They're also good if you're into repairing laptops. You know how it is ... laptops get dropped. Sometimes the only thing wrong with a fairly good laptop is a broken screen. I haven't had any problems "transplanting" a good screen onto them as long as the size and connectors are the same.
It's all a judgement call though. There are times it's better not to break down a laptop. It's less time and trouble to ship them whole to your e-waste buyer. Not a big money thing, but you clear a little after expenses.
It all adds up !
