    I usually tape the CPU's to a thick sheet of cardboard, fully covered with wide packaging tape, and folded over the edges. Then place the "trays" in a box, with some bubble wrap between the layers. Maybe not perfect, so far worked out good. These are all for pinless CPUs only. I seldom sell any pinned CPUs as those are usually scrap anyways.
