Bitmain Antminer t9_11.5 T modules - I have four pallets

A local bitcoin mining operation went out of business and we have four pallets of these. One pallet is marked bad and the others weren't.

Are there components on the bad ones worth removing ? Does anyone want the unmarked ones ?

There are no fans or power supplies.

People seem to be asking around $100/ea for them on eBay.... Might try throwing them up there. That would likely be the most profitable. Not sure they're is too much scrap value there, but not sure haven't seen one taken apart

$500 actually seems like a pretty good deal. Even if only like 10 from the pallet work and can be resold you'll of made your money back. Or even just in scrap the outsides look like they may be aluminum, can't tell though. And the boards inside would probably be mid grade boards at around $2/lb .... So ... I'd have done that deal if I saw it probably

Oh...hm. after adding frieght that's probably around $700/pallet .... Not as good. Still could work out though

Sorry I missed your reply - I pulled one apart - the can is clean extruded aluminum and it's only four screws (1lb 14 ozs) The boards are about 4 1/2 lbs per set.
They'll fit in a regional A box without the housing. I'll try listing the set of boards and see if theres any interest. There's about 1200 boards and 400 control boards.

I'm trying to learn which boards are worth pulling - yesterday we got two pallets of high end audio and a bunch of media players. Is there a link or video you recommend?

I would seriously seriously seriously suggest selling these as a re-useable item.

When you start talking aluminum, it’s dollars worth of labor chasing pennies. Boards are worth a little but not much after shipping.

If this is truly the issue, I would just say shipping included and mark the starting bid up $300/pallet and see what happens. Or.... if ya got any employees or any employees have any kids looking to make some money tell them if they list and sell them on ebay individually for you, youll split the profits with them.

Ive seen them go for $100/ea according to completed listings.... but even if you put them up "buy it now, untested" for $50/pc, if you sell them youd make some serious money. But im assuming you dont have the time to list them or deal with mailing hundreds of them or waiting around for them to sell.... but some kid who wants to make a few bucks might.... and might help a kid/family memeber/employees kid, etc. Just an idea.
