SWEET!!!! Empty warehouse as fast you can so that you don't give the owner the chance to change his/her mind. Like if grand kids tell some friends, etc. Then slow way down and maximize. I'm probably not telling you anything you didn't know. However, someone else less experienced may have a similar situation. Go get'em!

I just had a minor freakout at work. Thanks for that, JJ.

Real talk: Literally every piece of old arcade systems can be worth huge sums. Cabinets, boards, chips, sticks, and even CRT's with low hours. I hope I am not telling you something you already know but if you have access to obscure vintage systems, especially those made for the Japanese market, we should talk.

I agree with the guy above. Hopefully you have room to clear out that warehouse and sit on the stuff so you can resell. That's some good stuff, congrats!

Are a few like that! And the strategy you laid out is the one already planned for anything I can't sell whole. It's a good reminder and good especially for anyone reading this thread who has no experience with arcade recycling

The property manager has his own business that I've now brought on as a client along with two neighboring auto shops including one that had 500ish lbs of 6061. So not only won't they be changing their minds, they're gonna keep calling me!
