    Lcd tv

So I came across a LCD tv that looks like it has barely been used. It is a "Sharp" TV and is about 32". What parts in it are potentially valuable?

Sell the base on ebay, worth $30-$40.

The TV might just have a simple bad diode. I see them all the time. It has value besides scrap. A lot of people just don't care to fix a 350 dollar TV anymore.

Well being 19 years old and inexperienced I already took it apart. I am not very mechanically inclined past taking things apart. I am trying to learn more about everything. So at this point with a TV that's in 20 different pieces is there anything I can salvage? Are the boards low quality or high quality? They are green. I see alot of copper, but I don't want to start tugging at that until I figure out whether its more valuable in one piece. There isn't even dust in the TV

TV boards are low quality boards. Nothing of huge value in there. Next time plug it in to see if it even works. Even if it doesn't come on, but the power light comes on it's usually something very simple.
