Lcd tv

I just finished taking apart a 50" RCA LCD TV. I must I am pleased with the amount of aluminum and aluminum heat sinks that was in this thing. Also, I got around 3 lbs of copper that was already bare and bright! Got a couple pounds of brass screw anchors, small amount of ACS and maybe 1/2 lb insulated. There were 5 large circuit boards in this tv that I left the smaller copper coils on...........just for weight purposes. and About 20-30lbs of steel. I would have no problem adding these to my list of things I'll accept. I felt it was worth it. Anybody else like doing these?

50inch lcd tv screen....you could of sold it as a part tv an made from $50 to $150

Lol the same thing I was thinking....I am buying them broken for around $50 to $150 an I am making a killing on it.

I got WITH the intention of trying to fix it. But I got discouraged when i opened it up and realized I had no idea where to begin! LOL. That link to troubleshooting guides would be great dherik, if you can find them I would greatly appreciate it!

Search my thread on repairing LCD Monitors and there is some info available, TV's and monitors usually have the same problem.
