    Ok let me try this again... I am paying that for untested or even tested units that are bad/non working... i dont care if they work and in all honesty we want to buy tested BROKEN/BAD units...

    In other words i am paying that for BROKEN and DEAD units that arent shredded or bent... we'd like to repair them...
