"CPU Board" Is that the right term?

I have been getting a these lately. They are encased in plastic and the CPU is integrated into a small circuit board that plugs into the mother board on it's side similar to a sound card or a video card.

I have done some searching, but came up empty. I think it is because of the name I am calling them. basically I want to know if they go in with the high grafe board pile? Or do they land somewhere between motherboards and CPUs.

I think they are called slot processors. Better than high grade board - low end of CPU range.

Right. Both plastic and Al heat-sink have to be removed.
