what to do????

my pile of dvd,floppy,cd drives is getting pretty big....are these worth taking apart?do they have high grade boards in them of should they just go in fridge to take in with next mixed load....any advice would be appreciated....thx in advance

I pull the boards and motors and throw rest in shred. Some of the older 5.25 floppy drives might be alluminum cased as well use your magnet.

and some of the 5.25 may sell on e-bay as well.

Yeah I sold a teac 5.25 and 3.5 for 10 bucks on ebay plus $11 shipping.
