Has anyone done a breakdown of older televisions in the big wood cabinets? The bulky 1970's era ones? I checked the board here and didn't see any posts. I'm assuming there aren't a lot of good boards from a unit this old. Any opinions on whether there is enough value for the effort?

I would save all the tubes and the sockets. It would be cool if the amp worked. They look sweet lit up without a cabinet around them!
