Not a chance. The metal backed ones are $8 to $9 a pound and there is not more than 5 pounds there at most.

The factory weight of a pentium 4 processor is 21.5 Grams
    http://www.intel.com/Assets/PDF/datasheet/306382.pdf

Those look to be all pentium 4's The green fiber board will be lighter.

    81 * 21.5 grams = 1.7415 kilograms

    1.7415 kilograms = 3.8393503 pounds

    On the low end
    3.8393503 Pounds * $8 = $30.71

    It's a huge ripoff.

The only chance for profit is if they still have use and resale value as processors. Some P4s still do, though most do not.
