    High grade PCBs

Hi and happy holidays and merry xmas.
I just got my hands on some boards from cell phone tower stations. some appear to be covered in gold. should I expect more per pound than high grade telecom (4-5$/pound)? or does the gold on it not really matter?

    images to follow.

    thanks!!

Don't think that is gold. Looking at the back looks to yellow to me. I would say take a photo out in pure sun light and repost.

Rub off some of the green solder mask with a scotch brite pad (lightly) and check in natural light...

if it 'is' gold, it will be ultra thin flash coating.

Those would be above telecom board pricing, depending on the weight.
