    i wouldnt offer a third of it. that stuff has no resale value, its junk!! i would wait about a week and offer the guy $60 bucks and tell him you'll do him a favor by recycling it for him. NO one will buy those servers, too outdated. scrap value for those servers is from $10-20 a piece.
