    Looking Up Old Memory

I was recently given a bag of memory from the customer I got my old Apples from. He said most of the memory in the bag is old Macintosh memory that should be sold online and not recycled. The problem I have with selling memory is finding out information about the item. Each memory has multitudes of codes and serial numbers on each IC chip and on the board itself. Is there a website that will tell me which computers or motherboards each stick of memory is for?

I don't think there's a single go-to site. You pretty much have to track down things individually or in clusters organized with a common theme (like Mac products).

I found a website run buy a guy who sells vintage Mac parts. His price list might provide a jumping-off point for determining a price estimate. He might be overcharging, but at least you could get the price range.
