Agree with Pistone about the pricing discrepancies and everyone else about the "(OMG) GOLD in computers" video. Also the crazy Asian woman on the Contact Us page is kind of creepy. Just a thought but there are a lot more things you list that you buy on your Items We Accept page than on your Pricing page. Maybe you should have a Miscellaneous section that would include the other things on your Items We Accept page that are not represented with graphics on your Pricing page. And lastly I have no way of getting back to your home page from the other pages. Users have to click the back button. Most sites have a Home tab at the top or maybe you could make your (very original and cool) banner clickable to return to the home page.
