Quote: "CD/DVD Drives & Floppy Disk Drives $0.05
HDD "Hard Drives" (can be wiped, or hole punched, but unshredded) $0.20
PCB High Grade (motherboard/fingerboard) $0.75
PCB-CRT Low Grade $0.05
Power Supplies (with wire) $0.05
Ram Memory (PC Memory) $1.50"
Well at some of those prices it would be better to sell as shred at $0.12.
I live nearly as far se as you do nw. I suggest you consider breaking down the non-working drives. Ship the boards to one of the buyers. The non-working/non re-saleable HD's should also be broken down. Mostly the HD's are AL with some SS and of coarse high grade boards.
The PCI or finger boards should be sold as is or cut off the fingers and find a buyer who will take that way.
Low grade boards strip of the ic's and copper and AL and put in with the shred.
The power supplies for me without the wires don't sell so I toss them in the shred as well.
Of course the memory sticks are worth $15.50 to my buyer and PartTimeScrapper is in the market of them and some of the drives.
My buyer arranges shipping for me and the cost is reasonable, Ewasted is my current buyer but there are several others on the forum.
All this information is available here please take the time to read. I don't want to hear you sold you stuff too cheap. Here is a link I posted on my last shippment you decide if it was worth shipping. Mike.
