And a Nice Gold CPU from a Xerox Fierie Print server. The gold Centipede is from an OOOLLLDDDDD calculator. I think I might have a few more of those, but they're at the bottom of the box!!

Those are beauties. Nothing brightens the day quite like gold. I've been trying to find old calculators at estate sales, but I haven't had any luck yet. That is exactly the sort of thing I've been looking for. I'm sure the guys and gals at CPU forum would love to see these pics.
I love the gold. I have to ask what camera are you using? I can take photos fairly close but not that clear, Mike.

Now go beat the copper out of something, Miked
Beautiful. I love that old gold ic stuff!
Nice, thanks for sharing!
Nice find!
WARNING! Don't show pictures of Gold plated IC Chips to your Girlfriends/Wives/Fiance's they will want you to make jewelry out of them for you! Alas, I ahve lost my Golden IC!
If I made a necklace I'd sell it on Etsy!
I cracked open all of the other calculators I have. that was the ONLY one with that type of chip! The others have chips of a similar shape, but black with silver feet, none like that one!
These gold centipedes, what are they considered?
