So basically, every removable IC chip you find, pull it? Not the chips you have to de-solder, but the removable ones.

I talked to my buyer and he said to pull off all of the removable chips. It doesnt devalue the board.

If you like to do the Ebay thing then perhaps that would be a good idea. Of course this is not the last big load you will get so you will get more cpu's in the future. I suggest you put them in your pocket for a while unless you need the money next deal. Its a good problem to have. Mike.

I continue to read they are worth much more than regular ic's but no one has supplied a buyer. I have a small handfull myself that I will continue to hold onto. I feel certain they will not go down in value sitting here waiting on the right buyer, Mike.

On gold plated boards of course......jk.....any ones that i have found were on older equiptment. 1980's to late 90's computers and telecom stuff. Found some on old oscillators boards once too. Gotta dig for the old stuff its getting scarce.
