yes another question on harddrive value: sell together or separate?

We already have a few threads on harddrive value but I've looked through them and did not find an answer to my questions, so here we go.

I have about 20 different HDDs that I've successfully reformatted. Some are SATA and some are EIDE. They range from 80GB to 20GB. All either Seagate or WD.

If you've sold them on eBay, from your experience, is it better to sell them one at a time or group them together? If group together, do you sell similar sizes together? Or similar makes? Or SATA together and EIDE together?

    Thanks

might be best to do a study for the particular drives and see how they're selling best. After you see how those ones are selling best, you might be able to just list them on buy it now and get em movin

Besides simply formatting, i'd run the test on em too, just to say you had if for no other reason, Seagate and WD each have free DLs for their diagnostics tools

i'm sure they do, you'd need to check and see. Sea tools and wd lifeguard i believe they're called, been awhile since i've been on their site, had my own disks for years. For WD, i just grab a wd disk, they'll boot up in DOS for testing, formatting etc

WD tools won't usually work with Seagate drives, and vice versa, but if you boot up having a hdd of each on the system, they'll usually do both in most circumstances, not sure if that includes testing or not. They're really not hard to figure out once you get in there
