There were black fiber Pentium chips with MMX as well as ceramics. I would suggest inspecting them before making an offer. Figure that scrap value is around 1.50 for a black fiber processor and about 2.50 for the ceramic. You would still be making a decent profit if you had to pay 6.00 per tower. If it was me, I would not let 1.00 per tower be a deal breaker IF they are ceramics.
