Are these like computer cpu chips? They look like eprom chips to me, but I'm not completely sure. Here are the numbers for you e-scrap guys.

It is an AMD brand micro controller chip. I think it is 84 perimeter lead chip. I don't know its value, but I don't think there is much precious metal in it. I could be wrong. The rule of thumb I am adopting is;
Does it have gold pins/part?
Is it ceramic or heavy?
Then again I have been wrong in the past, so I'll let others chime in.
