A Thank You Card or Letter is in Order

I have found that when a client gives you any type of scrap metal, it is best to send a thank you note, card or a letter. I usualy send one out within one week from picking up the scrap. Also, call your customers on a regular basis. See if they have more scrap to give you. Always act on a professional level. You will start to find that people will respond. SCRAPNSCRAP

I totally agree, and do the exact same thing for all of my customers. I bought card stock that you can print and pop out(like the business cards but bigger) and they work great. They even come with envelopes in the box.

I do give them a thank you card...it's green, has numbers on it and they can trade it for other cool things.
