Should I remove these off boards or sell boards with them on? Do all eeproms have that window on top? Is the only thing covering the windows are stickers? Or is there another layer of plastic coating over it?

If you read the old threads on this subject I believe you will conclude that removing the ones that are in sockets should be removed. Removing the soldered-in ic's will demish the value of the boards. Mike.
