EasyRecycle is a good guy. I would think that if you have the volume to make it worthwhile, he will work with you to make it happen! Good luck, friend, and scrap on.

Here, in Mexico is there have a lot of good e-scrap, but the goverment not give permission to work this e-scrap, then, we need export to your country.

Yeah I could relocate near you maybe down texas in fort worth(I am right now in illinois)you seem like a big account But anyways I speak spanish and if we could work a deal that we both make some cash then I'm down.

You cannot legally export e-waste from Mexico to the USA. Mexico ratified (signed member) the United Nations Basel Convention and by the rules of the convention you are not allowed to ship e-waste to a country that has not ratified the convention.
