I decided to pull 4 computers apart today since I didn't have to go into work. Any one have any idea what this stuff would go for.

Your small amount isn't going to be a very big payday, it's all about volume when it comes to ewaste. I don't think any of our buyers would even work with you with that small of a volume. You can check their prices in the buyers section; http://www.scrapmetalforum.com/forum...rs-amp-Sellers I also suggest you look thru the electronics section and you'll find threads on computer stuff and other electronics and the proper way to break it all down. http://www.scrapmetalforum.com/forum...nics-Recycling

If you enjoy your freedom, thank a vet.
Do what Mech said and you will learn enough to make money in the future with ewaste. In the mean time hold on to what you have untill you know more. Mike.

Now go beat the copper out of something, Miked
if I need to get the money fast my yard pays 1.25 @ pound for Mother boards and higher for some others and 16 @ pound for low grade but I recommend you save em and send them off to someone here when you get enough!

God bless little children while they're still too young to hate
At $1.25lb I would be advertising to buy in your area. Mike

I took the day off today too, it being a holiday. Just tinkered around, rotating the tires on my truck, checking the brake shoes, and wheel bearings as I went. Greased and inspected the steering linkage too, and readjusted all the tire pressure. Changed the oil and cleaned the air filter, even filled up the windshield washer Saw some new baby chickens, tinkered around with mom's fishing poles, got them all ready for her and took em by her house, with some camping gear she wanted for a camp out next week, went and got some boots, then rushed back home to get the critters all took care of and the garden watered before it got too dark. Looking forward to getting back to work tomorrow
