I worked for Agilent Technologies for a few years as a project manager managing 15 pc repair techs on the west coast. Agilent is a spinoff (subsidiary) company of Hewlett Packard, which is why you see both HP and Agilent chips on them. It was one of those "HP is getting too big of a monopoly in certain electronics so lets create a second company so the government doesn't come down on our asses". Agilent from what I know of build a lot of high-end medical scanning equipment (MRI machines, ultrasound machines, etc), did a lot of telecommunication circuits, and even had their hand in LED technology.
I know this doesn't help you identify the chips, but it gives you a little insight on who Agilent is.
