These were in a box of random stuff I got from a computer/electronics repair store. I have googled all of the words/numbers on them and all I can is a company(Agilent) that makes high end electronic measurement products. I have no idea what they came out of, but would appreciate and info on them before just throw them in a box for one of the buyers here.
