Customer agreement form.

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has made up a "customer agreement form" that the customer signs or initials when you pick stuff up? I plan on writing one up soon which will include indemnification (to guarantee against any loss which another might suffer, to be held harmless) and an agreement that the item that I am picking up from the customer belongs to them and isnt stolen propertity.

Does anyone have a sample or any advice for going about this?

That sounds like a pretty good idea. People have become sue-happy. It definitely makes sense to have customers sign a release.

Thanks Mechanic. That forms seem to be a customer permission for pickup form. I think I may add a little bit to it including indemnification, and an agreement that the property isnt stolen. I will have the customer sign off on it.
